Shipping Areas
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe (certain countries/regions). Available shipping destinations are based on the options shown at checkout.
Carriers
We may use carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc. The actual carrier will be confirmed in the shipment notification.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, there may be slight delays, and we will notify you through the order page or email.
Return Address

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on orders over $160 within the United States and orders over $260 to Canada, Australia, and Europe. Shipping fees will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method. Eligibility for free shipping and thresholds (if applicable) are subject to the checkout page and may vary by region.
Customs & Taxes
In some cases, you may need to pay customs duties and import taxes for your order. The amount of duties and taxes will depend on the specific regulations at your shipping address. Please note that these fees are the responsibility of the recipient, according to local customs and tax regulations. If taxes are not shown as included at checkout, customs/import taxes are generally payable by the recipient.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information via email. You can also visit our order tracking page and enter your order number to view the latest status. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Shipping Damage and Loss
If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the item and provide photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will verify the situation and provide a free replacement or full refund upon confirmation of the damage. For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to investigate and offer a resolution.
